The SACES 2026 Conference brings together approximately 1,000 counselor educators, graduate students, and counseling professionals from across the region and beyond. The conference provides opportunities for professional development, research dissemination, mentorship, and networking among leaders in counselor education.

The Role of Sponsors

Sponsors play an important role in supporting the development of future counseling professionals while also connecting their organizations with educators, students, and leaders in the counseling field.

SACES SPONSOR INFORMATION

The SACES 2026 Conference offers a variety of opportunities for sponsors at multiple budget levels to engage with counselor educators, counseling professionals, and graduate students from across the region. Sponsors can increase visibility through sponsored sessions and events, exhibitor tables, conference signage, and listings on the conference website and app. These opportunities allow organizations to share resources, highlight services or programs, and connect with faculty, program leaders, and future counseling professionals while supporting professional development within the counseling community.

 Sponsorship  Amount Description 
 Diversity Scholarship

 $6000

 The business, association, or institution will support the next generation of counselors and counselor educators by sponsoring a Diversity Scholarship. Funds from this sponsorship will be used to provide financial assistance to graduate students who apply for support to attend the conference. Scholarship funds help offset conference-related expenses such as registration, travel, and lodging, making it possible for students from diverse backgrounds and underrepresented groups to participate in professional development, networking, and scholarly engagement. This sponsorship demonstrates a commitment to equity, inclusion, and the development of future counseling professionals while helping expand access to important professional opportunities.
 Keynote  $5500 (1 Available)  The business, association, or institution will be recognized as the sponsor of the SACES Keynote session, where conference attendees gather to hear from a featured speaker in the field. Funds will also cover the cost of a live transcriptionist. The sponsor will also have the opportunity to briefly share information at the beginning of the session.
 Town Hall

 The business, association, or institution’s name will be recognized as the sponsor of the SACES Town Hall and will have the opportunity to briefly share information at the beginning of the session. The sponsorship offers conference attendees the opportunity to discuss current issues in counselor education and the counseling profession, as well as hear updates about issues that matter to the SACES community.
 Reception

 The business, association, or institution’s name will be recognized as the sponsor for a reception open to all attendees. The reception is one of the opportunities for attendees to connect outside of sessions, continue conversations from the conference, and build professional relationships in a relaxed setting.
 Graduate Student Gatherings

 The business, association, or institution’s name will be recognized as the sponsor for the Graduate Student Gathering. This event creates a space specifically for graduate students to connect with peers, faculty, and professionals in the field.

 The business, association, or institution’s name will be on all informational materials related to the Wi-Fi access. The sponsorship offers the opportunity to select the conference Wi-Fi password, allowing the password to feature the business, association, or institution’s name for increased visibility throughout the event.
 Entertainment for Presidential Reception

 Wellness Room

 The business, association, or institution will be recognized as a sponsor for the Wellness Room, which will be accessible to all attendees throughout the conference. This sponsorship offers conference attendees a dedicated space to step away from sessions, recharge, and practice self-care during the conference.
 Lanyards & Name Tags

 The business, association, or institution’s name will appear on the conference lanyards, which are given to every attendee and worn throughout the conference. This sponsorship provides strong visibility during sessions, networking events, and other conference activities. (Optional: Sponsors may provide branded lanyards for conference attendees.) 
 Lactation Room

The business, association, or institution will be recognized as the sponsor of a private room for lactating attendees. The room will include access to a sink and refrigerator for cleaning and storage. Providing a dedicated space supports accessibility by ensuring that attendees who are nursing have a safe, comfortable, and appropriate environment during the conference.
 Break Sponsor

Breakfast and/or afternoon breaks will be provided for attendees on all three days of the conference. Break sponsorship also helps keep attendees refreshed and fed during a busy conference schedule, creating a comfortable space for networking and interaction while providing visibility for the sponsoring organization.
 Water Station

 This sponsorship supports the water bubblers located throughout the conference area, helping make sure water is easy to access for all attendees. As participants refill cups and bottles during the conference, the sponsorship provides ongoing visibility while also supporting attendee comfort and sustainability. (Optional: branded/logoed cups can be provided for use at the water stations).
 Poster Session

 $600

The business, association, or institution will be recognized as the sponsor of the conference poster sessions, where attendees can explore research, innovative practices, and scholarly work presented by faculty, students, and professionals. This sponsorship supports scholarly engagement while providing visibility among attendees during a high-traffic networking session. Poster stands will be branded with sponsor logo(s).  
 Puppy Break

 $200

The business, association, or institution’s name will be recognized as the sponsor for the Puppy Break! The event will be put on by the Kentucky Humane Society. Funds will go towards providing food, shelter, veterinary services, and a home for the animals.

Exhibitor Opportunities

Exhibit Tables - $850

Exhibit tables are a great opportunity to connect with counselor educators, graduate students, and counseling professionals from across the SACES region. Exhibitors are welcome to share information, resources, publications, and promotional materials about their programs, products, services, or organizations. (For local businesses or organizations, contact sponsor-exhibitor committee chair for potential discounts).

  • Table linens are not provided, so please bring tablecloths or branded covers for display.
