$ 5,000 Diversity Scholarship Sponsor
5 $1,000 scholarships will be offered to graduate students in SACES region that demonstrate a financial need, are first time conference attendees, and represent an underrepresented group. Additional benefits to the Sponsor(s):

$ 3,500 Reception Sponsor
Your business association, or institution's name will be recognized as the sponsor for one of the two receptions (Welcome on Thursday, November 3rd or Presidential on Friday, November 4th). Both are open to all attendees. Additional benefits to the Sponsor(s):

$ 2,500 Emerging Leaders Luncheon

$ 2,500 Graduate Student Gatherings
Your business association, or institution's name will be recognized as the sponsor for the Graduate Student Lounge Thursday, November 4th - Friday, November 5th, or the Graduate Student Social held on Thursday, November 4th. Additional benefits to this Sponsor:

$ 2,500 Conference Wi-Fi Sponsor
Your business association, or institution's name will be on all informational materials related to the Wi-Fi access. You can choose the Wi-Fi password, including making it your company name.

$ 2,000 Conference Lanyards
Your business association, or institution's name will appear on the lanyard. All conference attendees will receive the conference lanyard. Additional benefits to this Sponsor:

$ 1,500 Conference App

$ 1,000 Break Sponsors
Each day, SACES will provide morning and afternoon breaks for attendees. With this sponsorship, your business, association, or institution will be able to display a poster with your logo and promotional material (if desired).

$ 1,000 Entertainment Sponsor
Your business association, or institution's name will be recognized as the sponsor for the entertainment at the Presidential Reception on Friday, November 4th. Signage for this event must be provided by the Sponsor.

$ 750 Lactation Sponsor
Your business association, or institution's name will be recognized as a sponsor for the private room provide for lactating attendees. The room will include access to a sink and refrigerator for cleanup and storage.

$ 750 Exhibitor Package
Space is limited! Early reservations are recommended. Tables will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.

$ 500 Charging Station Sponsor
Your business association, or institution's name will be recognized as a sponsor for one of the charging stations that will be located throughout the conference. Each station has 4 receptacles and 8 USB ports.

$ 400 Banner Ad
Your business association, or institution's name will be seen by each of the conference registrants when displayed in a banner ad in email correspondence that goes out to each attendee. Additional benefits to this Sponsor:

Registration

Thank you for your sponsorship of the SACES 2022 Conference! In order to get started:

1. Ensure you have a SACES member account (same email as your ACA/ACES account). You will be required to login using this account when registering. If you are not a member or would like the sponsorship on a separate registration form, you can create a free conference-sponsor only account and login using that account.
   
   
2. Register online and complete your payment (pay by Check or Credit Card); visit the registration page for additional conference details.
   There are three ways you can register:

Select Sponsor for your category (no registration charge; only sponsorship charge) 1. Select Attending conference (exhibitor) if you plan to be at the conference as an exhibitor but not attend the sessions. You will be able to sign up and join us for the receptions, lunches, and preconference sessions (additional cost) so we will need more details from you on the form. 2. Select Not attending (ad or sponsor only) if you will not be at the conference or simply wish to keep your sponsorship separate from your regular registration. We will need just some basic information from you on the form.

• Regular Attendance: If you plan to attend any part of the conference in addition to your sponsorship, please select Regular Attendance and complete the entire form; the sponsorships will be available to select there and will be added to your registration cost. You can pay for everything in on place!
